Our workshop is at 49 Nurstead Road, Erith DA8 1LS — around 15 minutes from our Erith workshop. That closeness is the whole reason our Dartford response times, snag visits and merchant runs stay tight. ### We serve Dartford Dartford is a regular part of our working schedule. We cover DA1 and DA2 in full, including Wilmington, Joydens Wood, Temple Hill and the newer estates on the town's outer edges. ### Response times to Dartford Dartford enquiries are answered within a working day, and surveys booked to suit you. Because we're on the Kent side of the borough boundary already, travel and merchant runs are efficient. ### Property types in Dartford Dartford runs from Victorian terraces near the town centre, through 1930s and post-war semis in Wilmington, up to modern-estate housing in Joydens Wood and the newer developments south of the A2. Modern housing brings its own challenges — micro-bore pipework, combi-boiler flue positions, and thin-plaster partition walls that need proper fixings for heavy items. ### Common briefs in Dartford Common Dartford briefs include modernising small original bathrooms in Victorian terraces, refitting kitchens on newer estates where the developer spec has aged out quickly, and adding en-suites into loft or garage conversions. Property age, ground conditions, and typical building fabric all shape how a bathroom or kitchen should be planned in Dartford. These are the recurring issues we survey for before quoting. ### Developer-spec kitchens ageing out fast Kitchens on Dartford's newer estates often use lightweight carcasses and thin worktops that don't age well. We commonly replace those with proper joinery and 20mm quartz or granite tops that outlive the original build. ### Micro-bore plumbing on modern estates Some newer Dartford homes have micro-bore pipework that can struggle when a bath and shower are used together. We assess flow at survey and re-run pipework where it's a genuine issue, rather than blaming 'low water pressure'. ### Small Victorian bathrooms in town Terraces in central Dartford often have tiny original bathrooms carved into back additions. Layout has to be earned inch by inch — proper survey and drawing. ### Thin partition walls in loft en-suites Loft en-suites in modern Dartford housing frequently have thin partition walls. Heavy items — big showers, wall-hung basins, heated towel rails — need proper timber or plywood fixings behind the plasterboard, planned in first-fix. Our Process ## Five steps. Fixed dates.
